Most orders are shipping either USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail through Stamps.com so they can be insured and are track-able. This is the most cost effective shipping choice available. We also ship some flat packages using Stamps, this method is convenient for us, but unfortunately, is not trackable.
The 8x10 and 11x14 size maps are put in a protective envelope or poly sleeve and backed with over sized heavy duty cardboard to protect the print during shipping. Prints larger than 11x14, for example: 16x20 prints, are rolled in protective craft paper and shipped in a heavy duty tube. We do our very best to package your order so it arrives safe and sound, but as we all know, things can happen. If for any reason your order arrives damaged please keep the packaging material and e-mail us right away. We will make a shipping claim and replace your order asap.
